Semi-rigid cable is the difference: cable can be bent and pushed, and guided, eg not a floppy cable.
Just plug in the USB port on your computer or your smartphone, Scan the Phone APP QR code “OTG SEE”, install it; then sit back & enjoy.
If unit doesn't work with your Android phone, please test it with a different Android phone. It's not guaranteed to work properly with all Android phones (see below), or - you can use it on your computer. Suitable for OTG Android 4.4+ Devices, MAC and Win PC.

This endoscope only works with Android system smartphones, will not work with iPhone IOS system or windows phone or any other mobile phone with any other system.
Your Android phone system must be above Android 4.0+ system, and phone must support OTG and UVC function (UVC function means it will support using external camera).
Please Note :
1. This item only works with Android 4.0 and above = 4.1 & 4.2 etc system phones. Does Not support iOS system. Support Android Phones which have OTG and UVC function (Your smart phone must support external camera, make sure that it will not shield the external camera). Suitable for OTG Android 4.4+ Devices, MAC and Win PC.
2. How to detect whether the phone has OTG function: a. Use an OTG cable. b. Use the OTG cable to connect phone with a piece of equipment like keyboard, mouse or U disk, if then you can use it normally, it means the phone has OTG function.
